CHAMELEON SHOULDER SATCHEL

It's taken a couple weeks, and finally, I've completed this new bag, using a chameleon- like chenille that changes color in the lighting: from mint to olive to moss to teal with indigo, violet, and yes, subtle shades of yellow and red. I found this designer closeout sample piece, just enough for one bag, and thought I would wait until the fall to create the bag. But the luschious fabric kept calling to me, and I couldn't wait to do it up with leather and beads! So here it is..........I chose a combination of olive and chocolate cowhide, buttery soft and lightly waxed to hold up to the elements. It only seemed right to lace the irridescent metal beads around the flap of the front pocket. They shimmer and accent every color in the fabric, and are one more element in making this a one of a kind shoulder bag.
